加州中部的Pismo beach 離有名的Hearst Castle約一個小時車程

(Pismo beach is about an hour away from the famous Hearst castle)

離加州有名的理工大學 Cal Poly 只需10分鐘

(about 10 minutes away from the well know Cal Poly)

第一次在離海那麼近的飯店住宿 

(This is the first time I'm staying in a hotel that's so close to the beach)

南加的海灘不像北加的海灘 冷風刺骨

(Beach from southern Cali is not as cold as beach from North)

雖然是一月初 走在海灘上卻感覺很溫暖

(Even though it's the beginning of January; we didn't feel too cold)

Pismo beach 海灘是白沙

(Pismo beach is a white-sand beach)

步行到港口 沿路有很 特別的大岩石

(There were huge rocks on the beach)

^飯店在懸崖上

(Our hotel is on the cliff)

從飯店需要海灘須經過一個算陡的長階梯

(The stairs that take us to the beach from the hotel is quite steep)

^下樓梯要小心!

(Gotta be careful with the stairs)

從舊金山灣區出發 走101南 大約快四個小時

(From San Francisco, take 101 south, about 4 hours)

到達的時候剛好飯店check in 時間 三點

(It was perfect timing when we arrived.  3 o'clock; check in time!)

卸下行李 去海灘走走 正好欣賞到夕陽

(Dropped off our luggage, time for beautiful sunset)

我們一路往港口走

(We walked to the pier)
